McLaren 720S Giveaway - Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Caleb Canales and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible to participate.
The Giveaway begins on the date announced and ends on the date specified in promotional materials. All entries must be received before the end of the Giveaway Period to be eligible.
To enter, complete the registration form on our website with your valid email address and phone number. Limit one (1) entry per person. Additional entries may be earned through participation in promotional activities as specified during the Giveaway Period.
One (1) Grand Prize: A McLaren 720S Spider or cash equivalent at Sponsor's discretion. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $300,000 USD. The winner is responsible for all taxes, title, registration, insurance, and any other costs associated with the prize. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion.
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor or its designated representative. The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within five (5) business days of the drawing. The winner must respond within fourteen (14) days of notification or an alternate winner may be selected.
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Giveaway or any prize won.
Except where prohibited, participation in the Giveaway constitutes the winner's consent to the Sponsor's use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation.
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
